Natalie Bockel has sixteen years of experience in conducting evaluation of international aid projects and programs funded by the European Union, UNICEF, ECHO, AFD, ACDI, Government of the Netherlands and Belgian Cooperation.
This experience is reinforced by training in evaluation methodology.
She has a good knowledge of the European Commission's external aid evaluation methodology, as well as United Nations norms and standards (UNEG).
Natalie has also conducted numerous socio-economic studies (gender analysis, actor analysis, public policy analysis, social and environmental impact assessment)
She is an expert in water hygiene and sanitation in rural and peri-urban areas, as well as in CLTS approach
Natalie has over 20 years of experience in Africa and has also worked in Afghanistan
