The same team conducted in 2019 on behalf of the UNICEF office in Chad the summative evaluation of the "Inclusive Quality Education" component of the UNICEF-Chad Cooperation Program (2013-2018). Note that the evaluation report produced at the end of this evaluation obtained the score HIGHLY SATISFACTORY according to the GEROS quality criteria after the external independent review.
