Hesham A. Elsunni Obtained PhD in Educational Technology, M.Sc. in Educational Management and B.Sc. in Chemistry Education. He has more than 10 years of professional experiences in the field of Education Sector with specializing in advising education sector policies, developing educational technology tools, finalizing course manual; contextualizing modules and objectives to strengthen the education for primary school children in Sudan. He has conducted number of needs assessment, research and surveys for capacity building in ICT based on education development project, identified key barriers in education technology (EdTech) program and proposed policy network analysis to design the EdTech policy development and implementation. Working as education expert in Sudan, he is involved with the provision of education for protracted vulnerable groups including migrants, IDPs and refugees by arranging refugee camp schools in Sudan and provide technical support to build refugee camp schools along with Ministry of Education (MoE) in Sudan. He use to evaluate the effectiveness of education programs to increase the ability of primary school children and other vulnerable refugees to enhance the social cohesion. He has excellent communication and writing skills in Arabic, English, and very good in Chinese and French.
