Terre des hommes has introduced the PAC (APE) approach in its programs in Africa and Europe. This approach in itself constitutes a paradigm shift compared to the dominant approaches at the same time in the field of child protection, the fight against child labor and the fight against child trafficking / trafficking. In order to assess the implementation of this approach, identify opportunities for harmonization and develop tools to improve its implementation, Tdh signed at the end of 2018 a contract with Oversee Advising Group (OAG) to carry out this assessment. After nearly 15 months of mission, the results of this work were presented during a 4-day workshop in Dakar, Senegal, bringing together the Tdh and OAG teams.
