Oversee Advising Group is leading this final evaluation with his local partner Encyclopedia in charge of data collection in the field.
The data collection began with the training of enumerator and supervisors when on from 7th to the 14th May in Jordan. Group photo (8th May) enumerators, team leader, IMO and team supervisor.
Pre-testing the tools using the tablets and feedback from IMO to enumerators, these are the steps to access into the questionnaire for the survey and the key informer interview.

On the 18th May, the team were preparing the hygiene kits for the distribution in the targeted areas in Irbid and Mafraq governorate.
Household survey began in Mafraq, and Irbid on the 19May along with the distribution of the hygiene kits pack.
Household suvery were also done in Irbid along with that in Maraf on the 19th May.
On the 21st May, the data collection with key informer interview with the school principal Balama-Mafraq.

This was together with field visit by the team leader Saeed Hameed Saeed at Deir Al Kahaf transmission line on the 22. May.
The field visit continued at the Mukeifta pipe system flood mitigation
On the 23the May, the team visited the Amra pipe system flood mitigation and the rehabilitation of Sabha al Balad and Sabha Al Faisaliya pipe system.
On the same 23th May key informer interview (KII) and Focus group discussion (FGD) in Maan, Ibrid and in Mafraq was been done by the other team.

Meeting with the Maan water director with engineer Muhammand Al_Awfi, the director of Maan water, the engineer Hamzathe observer, and the engineer Basil the observer, to take information about the status of the mill tank.
A visit was to made the site of the mill reservoir in Maan.
