He is specialized in programming, research, monitoring and evaluation, training and curriculum development for Maternal, Newborn Child Health, Malaria, HIV and TB, Nutrition, Food security and Livelihoods, Water, Sanitation and Hygiene projects. He is knowledgeable in government health systems in Africa and health systems strengthening in developing countries.
He is familiar and has 16 years of experience with project impact evaluation (experimental and quasi-experimental designs) and associated tools (power analysis, propensity score matching, regression discontinuity, timeline series).
