Final evaluation of the support project for the health Transitional Plan/ Second phase in CAR : "Support to the Castors district for the sustainable consolidation of the health system in the 3rd district of Bangui and its periphery"

Within the second phase for the support project for the health sector Transitional Plan in CAR framework. Between 2016 and 2018 the French Red Cross kept its support to the Castors district thanks to a grant from the Bêkou Fund. The purpose of this action is to contribute to the improvement of the population physical and mental health, to this district and its periphery health by strengthening the quality of care and the capacity of stakeholders in the health system. The project supports the implementation of the ministerial directive on targeted free healthcare for children under five as well as pregnant and lactating women. The French Red Cross responded in an innovative manner, per district and with an integrated approach to psychosocial support in FOSA.
