Final Evaluation of DFID supported Emergency Assistance to Crisis-affected Communities of C.A.R. Phase II 2016-2018

The crisis in RCA for the past several years has prompted, from the involved development partners, actions to assist the disaster-affected population. In this context, the consortium made up of the following NGOs MENTOR, IMC, Save the Children (replaced by Cordaid in 2016) and Oxfam, implemented the DFID Programme. This consortium aims at preventing and reducing the morbidity and mortality rates in the prefectures of Ouham, Ouham-Pende, Haute-Kotto and Basse Kotto, within the multi-sector programme framework. This programme covers the following sectors for approximately 474 372 persons in phase 2: health, nutrition and WASH.
