MID-TERM REVIEW OF THE ARC-MALI PROGRAMME (Addressing the Root Causes of conflicts and violence in Mali)

The mid-term review main purpose is to introduce to MoFA and to the stakeholders, a global and independent assessment of (i) the programme outcomes, (ii) the intervention main lessons, (iii) the recommendations to improve the current activities and to provide guidance for upcoming actions. 

Based on the findings and recommendations to be drawn from the evaluation, the members of the Consortium and the programme’s implementing partners will be able to consolidate what is considered to be a lasting and effective, to reinforce actions deemed to be of poor performance, and if necessary, put an end to or reorient initiatives which may be unsuccessful or whose outcomes turns out to be weak or insufficient.
