Independent monitoring of UNICEF Programmes in CAR

Conduct independent monitoring missions of the activities in order to ensure the coherence between on-site actions, the objectives and the progress toward the achievement of planned outcomes. In accordance with the related intervention logic and theories of changes in cooperation programmes, this initiative will allow UNICEF to learn lessons from the implementation of actions in order to make the necessary adjustments to guarantee the achievements of key outcomes for the various supported projects.
