Final Evaluation of the Comic Relief GSK ‘Fighting Malaria, Improving Health

The purpose of this evaluation is to assess the achievements and impact of the Partnership and to assess Comic Relief’s approach to grant making and management. To do this, the evaluation will focus on addressing the following four objectives:

- Determine the relevance and coherence of the funded partners’ projects in addressing the priority issues of malaria elimination and health systems strengthening

- Understand the effectiveness of the Partnership in relation to the programmer’s intended outcomes

- Assess the sustainability of the projects’ efforts to tackle malaria and strengthen health systems in the focus countries

- Evaluate the effectiveness of Comic Relief’s grant making, grant management and partnership approach
